My name is Elnaz Lorzadeh, and I am an international PhD candidate in my final year of Health Sciences at the University of Wollongong. Over the past three years, my research has focused on investigating the effects of anthocyanins on cognitive performance and developing validated methods for measuring flavonoids and their subclasses in Australian populations. I bring a wealth of experience in Nutritional Epidemiology and Public Health, areas in which I am deeply passionate and committed to advancing evidence-based research for improved health outcomes.
