I am a PhD scholar in Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University, Australia. My research bridges clinical, public health, and molecular nutrition, focusing on the role of antioxidants in the prevention and management of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). With more than seven years of experience in clinical dietetics, academia, and research, I combine practical healthcare experience with laboratory-based investigation.
I currently serve as the HDR Representative on the Griffith Health Group Board and the HDR Consultative Committee, where I advocate for research students and contribute to academic leadership. In addition, I am a member of the Board of Studies at Ziauddin University and the Early Career Task Force of the Federation of Oceanic Nutrition Societies (FONS). My work reflects my passion for evidence-based, implementational, and translational nutrition research aimed at improving population health.
