Bianca Smith is clinical dietitian and current PhD student at the University of Wollongong. She has a strong interest in supporting optimal nutrition during infancy and early childhood. Bianca's doctoral research centres on commercial complementary foods for infants and young children, with her current research examining dietary assessment methodologies and tools and their appropriateness for measuring the dietary intake of these products. Her overall aim is to improve how commercial complementary foods are measured in this population. Bianca is committed to generating research that informs public health policies around infant feeding.
