Hi, my name is Ebony Hol, and I’m a new graduate dietitian based in Wollongong, New South Wales. During the final year of my studies, I completed a research project examining claims on Australian ready meal products. This experience deepened my understanding of claims in the food supply and provided valuable insights into the research process. This work ignited my passion for empowering individuals to make informed food choices and improving community health through evidence-based nutrition and guidelines. As I embark on my career, I am eager to apply the skills and knowledge I’ve gained through my research and placement experiences to positively impact the health of Australians.
