Dr Emma Beckett is a Registered Nutritionist and PhD-qualified food and nutrition scientist, educator, and communicator. She holds multiple degrees in nutrition, science and human health and has a diverse media portfolio including writing for BBC Science Focus and the podcast Cooked For Science Friction on ABC Radio National. With a combination of evidence and real-world pragmatism, she aims to empower people to make better nutrition decisions that work in the context of their own lives, wants and needs.
