I am a PhD candidate at the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN) at Deakin University, where I examine how contextual factors shape what people choose to eat. My research uses machine learning to model eating patterns and generate insights that support more personalised nutrition advice. I enjoy translating complex data into practical ideas and am always happy to chat about the unexpected patterns that emerge when we look at food choices one moment at a time.
