Dr Nathan Cook is an early career researcher in the School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences at The University of Queensland. His primary research interest is preventing food waste from entering landfill via measurement techniques and diversion strategies, specifically in the setting of hospital foodservices. His secondary research interests are in broader sustainable food systems and sports nutrition for distance runners.
