Dr Monica Liu is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Clinical Trial Lead Dietitian at the Central Clinical School, the University of Sydney. She currently leads a clinical trial investigating very low energy diets for type 2 diabetes remission delivered through online platforms. Monica's research focuses on mixed-methods studies, consumer behaviour, and innovative dietary assessment approaches within lifestyle interventions to improve diet quality and overall wellbeing.
