Juliette is a Research Associate in the Food Policy division at The George Institute for Global Health. Her research has focused on sodium reduction, including stakeholder perspectives on potassium-enriched salt and co-developing strategies with healthcare and community stakeholders. Her research is also focused on addressing food and water insecurity through community-led programs in regional Australia and the Asia Pacific.
