Hesti Arini (Arin) is currently doing her PhD in nutritional epidemiology, with the primary focus on dietary protein intake and how temporal protein patterns link to adults' health. Her other research interests include the intersectionality between climate change, food and nutrition security, and public health. Her previous research also looked at malnutrition in children and adolescents in developing countries by considering the influence of gender and other socioeconomic drivers.
