Dr Emily Denniss is a Research Fellow at Deakin University. Her research is focused on nutrition communication, nutrition misinformation and the relationship between social media and eating behaviours and she is currently contributing to a communication framework for raising awareness about ultra-processed foods in Australia. Emily is also a Lecturer and teaches into Health Communication in the undergraduate and postgraduate Health Promotion courses at Deakin.
