I am a Registered Nutritionist with 30 years of experience managing nutrition research in the food industry and academia. My early research career was in the area of food/diet and mood, daytime sleepiness, cognitive performance and mental health. Between 1998 and 2019, I held a variety of senior nutrition science roles within national agri-food organisations. Back in the academic world, I am using my experience and expertise to teach the next generation of nutrition scientists, and I am undertaking collaborative research projects related to the transition to healthy and more environmentally sustainable diets.
