- This delegate is presenting an abstract at this event.
Chiara Murgia is a molecular biologist and biochemist with a long-standing research interest in human nutrition. Her work focuses on how dietary components influence human physiology in health and disease. She has used cell culture models to investigate the effects of marginal micronutrient deficiencies on gut function, and applies genome-wide approaches to explore individual variability in responses to obesity treatments. Her research integrates molecular, physiological, and personalised nutrition perspectives to better understand nutrient–health interactions.
