Tyson is an Honours student, enrolled in a Bachelors of Dietetics at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Tyson’s research explores the traditional diet and foodways of the Kabi Kabi (Gubbi Gubbi) People. Tyson is a non-Aboriginal Australian, passionate about food sovereignty, health inequities, and Cultural Safety.
