PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS 

ORAL PRESENTATIONS

As a helpful guide, we recommend that your presentation should comprise of one slide per minute or less. Please note that your Q&A time will be reduced if your presentation fills your entire allocated time slot, we request presenters please be mindful of their time. The program is very tight, and in fairness to all presenters, we will be asking session chairs to ensure that their speakers strictly adhere to time limits.

You will be able to view presenters mode on the provided laptop while presenting.  A podium, microphone and laptop will be provided and on-hand in each session room.

UPLOADING YOUR PRESENTATION

The speaker prep room is located in Meeting Room 4 (First Floor).  

Please bring your presentation, prepared at 16:9 resolution to maximize the display capabilities at the venue and avoid distortions, with you on a USB or thumb drive. Once at the speaker prep room, please see an AV technician to have your presentation loaded and hyperlinked to your session talk.  The speaker prep room will be open from 7:30am every day.

If you are planning to show video(s), they must be embedded within your presentation.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

There are two poster sessions as part of this year’s program. We encourage you to be at your poster during poster sessions to answer questions and engage with fellow attendees.

Poster Session 1 - Wednesday 3 December - 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Poster Session 2 - Thursday 4 December - 12:30pm - 1:30pm

POSTER DISPLAY

Posters can be hung up for the duration of the conference.  You can hang your poster up at your allocated spot from 9:00am onwards on Wednesday 3 December.  Your poster must be taken down by 11:30am on Friday 5 December

Please note that we are unable to assist with the storing, freighting and packing down of any posters. Any remaining posters not removed by the allocated take-down time will be temporarily stored at the registration desk for collection. Any posters not collected by 2:00 PM on Friday 5 December will unfortunately be disposed of.
