REGISTRATION DESK

The registration desk is located in the Level 2 Foyer. Any enquiries can be directed to ASN staff located at the registration desk except those regarding accommodation which should be dealt directly with your hotel.

The registration desk office hours are:

Wednesday 3 December:               7:30AM – 6:30PM
Thursday 4 December:                  7:00AM – 5:30PM
Friday 5 December:                      7:30AM – 1:30PM

NAME TAGS

Delegates are required to wear their name tags to all scientific sessions and catered events.

LECTURE ROOMS

All sessions will take place on the first floor of the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre.  Please refer to digital directional signage on arrival to make your way to the conference.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Any dietary requirements provided when registering have been sent through to the venue.  Most dietary preferences are catered for within the buffet stations (lactose intolerant, gluten-free, vegetarian etc.).  If you have a specific allergy or require a vegan meal, please see GCCEC staff at the dietary table, located in the Level 1 Foyer to get a specific allergen free meal.

MOBILE PHONES

Please ensure your mobile phone is turned off or on silent during any session you attend.

INSURANCE

The hosts and organisers are not responsible for personal accidents, any travel costs, or the loss of private property and will not be liable for any claims. Delegates requiring insurance should make their own arrangements.
