• Connect to wireless network GCCEC Free and Paid Wi-Fi
• Open a web browser and you will be automatically redirected to the GCCEC Portal page
• Locate the Free Access option and click Sign On
• You will then be signed in and able to access limited free Wi-Fi.

The GCCEC internet portal will assign your device a Dynamic IP via DHCP. If your device has a static IP or Proxy Server enabled, please disable these and enable DHCP. Free Access is Limited to a Period up to 24 hours or data limit of 200MB per Day whichever occurs first. You will need to wait and sign in again after this time period has expired to access free internet.
